Working with us as a customer or as part of our network means you have access to the knowledge and expertise of local firms, no matter where you are working in the UK. We want to help you grow your business and do what you do best, getting the job done without having to worry about the paperwork or the stack of invoices waiting once the job is done. We condense all the services that you use into one simple invoice, making the whole process easier.
As we all know, it does not take much to derail a project. Suppliers are late, orders are wrong and you have to spend time and money finding out what went wrong and how to put it right.
At Supply-It Site Services you have a dedicated contact if anything goes wrong - this helps us react quickly & efficiently to any problems you have on site, getting you back to work as soon as possible.
It's one of the many reasons our customers keep coming back to us! If you share our values and would like to work with us, feel free to contact us by telephone, email or the live chat in the bottom right of your screen.
Putting It Right!
We asked our staff for examples of when they put things right for a client when things went wrong. As you can see, delivering results for our clients goes to the heart of what we do.
We were contacted by a client who urgently needed a skip and we couldn't source one locally, so the client was about to have an expensive problem as work couldn't continue. Fortunately I was able to use my contacts to call a man with a van who could come immediately and get rid of the waste. In the end it was a great feeling to solve the problem and the client appreciated my efforts.
Sometimes we have to think outside the box when it comes to solving on-site problems. We had a Portaloo collection booked in which was blocked by a third party skip. I had to liase with the skip supplier and their customer for the skip to be collected as soon as possible to allow our supplier to remove their Portaloos. It felt good to resolve the situation quickly and to the site managers satisfaction.
A skip supplier were unable to collect their skip on the day requested. This was causing issues as the skip needed to be moved before other equipment could be delivered and the situation was quickly developing into a problem for a lot of contractors. I asked one of our other suppliers if they would be able to assist and they came and moved it for us. It felt good to be able to use the relationship I had with other suppliers to the benefit of others.
