We first started to use Skip Network quite a few years ago and watched them grow from just Skip Network to Supply It Site Services Ltd. I remember first it was just Mark and his Mum who answered the phone and took care of what you needed, and now the company has just grown.
We like to use Supply It Site Services because you can get everything you want from one phone call. From a skip to concrete mixing to building materials, the staff are always more than willing to accommodate us.
Whenever you ring them you can always get through and all their staff are pleasant and know how to get you what you need as soon as possible!
Our company provides retail shopfitting, refridgeration and air conditioning across the UK for a number of High Street retailers and Councils.
As we all know price is ALWAYS important. But, service and reliability are too, especially when jobs are time sensitive. Supply It Site Services select the companies they believe, from experience and long standing working relationships – will be the most responsive; reliable and helpful in any given situation.
They will ring more than 3 companies for each job – could be more depending on skip company availability in the area – to get the best price.
Then there are other factors taken into consideration
More and more companies state they will not offer / guarantee morning delivery – more often than not offering the slot of 10 – 4pm
We hit the ground running on the first morning and often ask for AM delivery and more often than not first drop / 8AM. This is what they strive to give us.
They also select the companies that can exchange quickly and efficiently at short notice – more often than not, same day / early AM next day.
Another issue to take into consideration is collections.
They opt for the companies that are the most flexible and do their best to get skips collected same day / next day at short notice.
They also offer an out of hours service and are responsive to situations that arise on a daily basis. A man and van service adds to the total package.
Lauren is a key member of the team when dealing with orders and other issues. In fact I would class her as amazing and she certainly eases my stresses and fears with her commitment to her job and ability to keep me happy! Hard I know!
